Customer support is excellent, Devos products are high quality and well designed. It would be nice in future iterations to have eyelets cast into the 2000 light housing to facilitate guy lines (I fabricated a disk that slips over the topmost telescoping tube, with three holes for line attachments). The Bluetooth functionality, and motion sensor option are great for night ops and security of the campsite. It’s concerning that I wasn’t contacted with a recall notice when a known defect with the Bluetooth connectivity presented itself and my first unit stopped working. Fortunately it was not during an expedition. After hours of troubleshooting I contacted Devos customer support and was told it was as a known defect. A replacement was sent out and arrived a week and half later, an expedited replacement would have been helpful. All in all, a good product that I hope to use for years to come.
