Customer service is non existent!!! After waiting for 3 months for my order to arrive, I eventually received my items to find that the quality of stitching was extremely poor. After attempting to raise my complaint with Devoucoux directly in October- the phone number doesnt work and no response to the email or messenger attempts! I am still awaiting a response. I reached out to a local rep who helped and arranged replacements to be sent back. Return tickets arrived 2 weeks later, and month on, I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered and a response to my complaint!! Wow!!! Very unexpected quality / communication from such an esteemed brand!
