I would advice never to buy a new build property that Dewaele has developed. First they act as if the development and the sales are different companies. But that isn’t so; the development company is a full daughter just as the selling company. Then if you bought an appartment you ate obliged to contract another daughter as a syndic. The syndics main task is the bookkeeping of the community. But the books are full of mistakes to there own benefits. They charge the same costs twice! The development company uses contracts fill of illegal stuff. They should provide for a new build documents within 6 months after completion. In mi case it took them 16 months and even then i got the wrong papers. Dewaele is incompetent.
