Because of a fault with their courier’s systems, Dexam were unable to do a ‘next day’ ship of the items I had ordered with expedited delivery. So they were sent by Royal Mail on Tuesday - and still hadn’t arrived by Thursday (I wanted them for the Friday). I called Dexam and to cut a long story short, a second shipment was despatched which arrived next day. The first shipment eventually arrived on the Saturday and Dexam said they were happy for me to keep it or give it to a charity shop. Outstandingly good customer service and I will have no hesitation in buying from them again.
