I was very disappointed at the service of this company. We made an enquiry on the Thursday before bank holiday and was told it would be dispatched on the Friday. As the Monday was a bank holiday I fully eExpected to receive the part on the Tuesday which was reasonable under the circumstances. However I was very unhappy to find that haven’t been dispatched till five Tuesday and we wouldn’t receive until the Wednesday as a result of this my husband had to hire a car for another day and lose a day’s pay. When I tried to discuss this with Fran he seems very uninterested and just said “well this is what we have to deal with “ Also in today’s fast paced market I was surprised to find I could not get them beyond 5 or over the weekend
