Recently received an order and found an item missing and an item incorrect. However, Sarah in the team was prompt and dealt with the issue right away. 4* is fair, as I really like the products sent to me and the customer service post sale was great but unfortunately just that mistake and missing item within the same order wasnt ideal. I feel that if i had not raised this, it would not have been communicated to me. The invoice sent back to me said OOS next to the missing item - which can only mean out of stock, so this should have been replaced or communicated to me.
