So I purchaced pair of glasses on 16 november and now, 30 december I still don’t have my order.
They told me it was a missunderstanding because the package arrived in Russia and it was a delay there.
I am writing mails to them for 2 weeks and they don’t respond to any.
They told me last week that the package will arrive in the following days....a big lie.
I think I will contact my consumer protection agency.
