An order was placed and no delivery ever arrived at its destination. Worse yet, the contact email address listed on the invoice turned out to be a No_reply email address. After several searches, I found myself on a customer support service based in Spain. The result: no useful assistance and no refunds were issued. This is precisely the reason why people end up buying only from websites like Amazon or the like instead of venturing to deal with vendors whose low customer traffic doesn't lead to bad standards.
