Ordered over one month ago, goods were shipped , in theory , last week, but, they arrived in Holland to be processed by Post NL!
Customer care ignores my emails where I state that I will not be to the specified address due to their huge delay in the shipment. Obviously they did not take my request into account. Which means the goods will be returned to them and my money will be refunded , if they wiill be , in a long time.
Terrible experience, i urge customers to avoid this merchant.
