They are the SCAMMERS.
I recently ordered 2 sunglasses from them but its been almost a month and they haven’t arrived yet.
Upon contacting their customer service, they told me that it will take 5-15 business days but its already been a month.
Now I’ve tried contacting them several times but they don’t reply my email. Honestly, I was very excited about dr Franklin but with this type of customer service, they are never going anywhere.
SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
