DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!!!
Had to return boots to Spain from the UK at my own cost, now UPS are stating D Franklin are refusing delivery of the parcel and UPS are going to charge me to send the item back to the UK!!! Totally disgusting service, email received is cryptic and no help whatsoever.. will be taking this further considering other people’s experiences this company should not be allowed to continue in this way!
