Placed an order on the 19.07.2024, which never arrived. I work from home, so no delivery attempt made at all and it was sent back. A new order created to resend the order. No confirmation of delivery status sent, no movement of package. Order was cancelled due to technical issues. Was told I would be refunded my money along with €15 as a gift code to use on their site. Like hell I want to spend my money with them after this. Code only had the €15 and no refund to my credit card, so this company is a scam and they have stolen my money and customer service is useless as you can’t speak to anyone, so there is a communication issue with getting anything resolved. I am without my order and minus the money I spent and no one seems to care to get back to me to resolve this, so I will be blackening their bame everywhere I can to warn others against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND MEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING.
