I ordered two sunglasess, but one of the received cases was empty. One of the recieved sunglasse cases was deffected,you cant close it, because there was missing magnet. The delivery was supposed to be 10 days, but was 20 instead. Terrible customer service. When I contacted customer support they said that everything is correctly sent out and they can't help me. When I said I have proof that they didnt send both sunglasses, they stoped replying to me. They think we are lying, so we are immediately contacting a lawyer to sue D.Franklin's company so we can prove ourselves right. Then when I get the second pair of sunglasses they don't want to send me, I will never choose these scammers again in my life.
