Worst customer service ever! ordered a pair of shoes at the beginning of March and have tried to get help with finding out why they were not delivered! received unclear answers and no help until I got help from the postal company which informed that they did not make a proper customs declaration so the shoes were sent back to them at the end of April, then waited 7 weeks! They offer to send the order directly which I approve, now a week later they write that they unfortunately can not send my shoes because they have no in stock !? totally impossible to get hold of and the worst help ever! now get an offer to buy something else for the same value, do not want anything else but do not get my money back! why would I want something else from a company that has taken almost 10 weeks to find that the shoes I ordered cannot be delivered !?
