Avoid....buying from DFS!!!Bought Cassano leather 2 seater and 3 seated sofa 20/03/18 costing £2000 and had nothing but problems with it from 18/09/2018 the seat cushions just go flat they are fiber filled,they go flat on seats,the seat cushions look shocking for a sofa that only 18 months old,this sofa looks like it 10 years old.the service manage has now been out 4/5 occasions,it’s also been taking back to Dfs 3 times to be fix the problem which clearly has not worked,after sofa returns from being repaired 4 weeks later the cushions are flat like your sitting on wood,he also came out today and told me there’s nothing else he can do so now I’m going to trading standard as this is not fit for purpose.big company’s like this can’t keep getting away with stealing peoples hard earned money and getting away with it.avoid avoid!!!!
