Awful, awful, awful. Ordered a sofa, waited 12 weeks only for the wrong one to be delivered. After lengthy discussions had to re-order, pay extra and wait another 12 weeks for the replacement.
Now the second one is impossible to sit in without getting a bad back or hip. The seats have "collapsed" at the sides.
Initial calls to Customer Service Dept were helpful but limited to what they can do. The complaint was directed back to the store (Manchester). We have now had 4 service "manager" visits and are getting nowhere. They say "it's normal". The store manager we have to deal with is a disgrace, and I mean an absolute disgrace.
Very good at taking our money but that is where the service ended.
As for a 15 year guarantee? I'd have been happy with 12 month one which was honoured.
Buy from them at your peril.
You only find out how good a company is when/if you have a problem. DFS have failed miserably.
We should take them to court for criminal injuries!
