Bought two Barrett reclining sofas after three weeks the seats and backs were sagging like sitting in a hole phone customer service sent man out said it was normal ,sofas are two months old now and giving us hip and back pain material all baggy so phoned customer service Four times, no one gets back to you then had an email to tell us to STOP phoning and emailing them No One has the Decency to get back to you .Had the fifteen guarantee not worth the paper it's written on also paid £54 pounds for those tiddly winks called gliders don't bother they are little round discs that get stuck on but if you move the sofa they fall off DFS are like Dick Turpin takes your money and doesn't care what you get, in the shop they promise you everything ,oh it will get repaired no problem ,anything at all they said just phone and will be put right don't believe them they are not interested at all as it stands now my sofas are ten weeks old can't sit on them and NO ONE has been in touch .DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY with DFS go somewhere else
