I have had a very bad experience so far. Once I received my sofas, I realised there's a problem in the fabric as it makes like a patch once I put my arm on it. I raised my concern and someone from home serve repair came in and saw the issue. I have not heard from DFS for three weeks so far. I sent a few emails for update and no one came back to me.
