I bought a cuddle chair and it's only me that sits on it, the fake leather has peeled and I was accused of maybe its my kids (no kids) or animals (no animals) it's probably me putting my feet on the chairs with my shoes on (what??) I wear slippers and if I put my feet on the chairs I take my slippers off, Then I got told I must be putting my feet on the chairs and I'm rubbing my feet on the chairs for it to peel that way ??? Again what ??? My chair also has peeled at the back of them too and got told that I've caught it with my shopping bags (what ?) So I walk pass my kitchen to put my food in my sitting room?, it was any excuse to stop me getting a claim on the guarantee DO NOT USE DFS, definitely q manufacturers fault NOT mine So annoying
