I ordered a sofa & paid the full balance to be told we have lost your sofa but at some point, a manager will call you two weeks later no call. After calling every day to be told by customer services the warehouse don't respond to emails & we are too busy.
I have been waiting 17 weeks to still have no update or any idea where my sofa is.
The poorest customer experience I have ever had. Don't shop at DFS.
