Ordered sofa, paid over £2000 in september. Told it was being delivered 15th November. It never came! Now its December and still waiting. Should have arrived today. What a suprise... it hasnt. Hours of my life on phone trying to sort this out. Absolutely shocking. Worst decision ever made to buy from DFS
