The only thing that I will be happy of my order is the sofa otherwise everything went wrong. Order placed on 4th of February 24, 7 months has gone they obliged me to cancel as the coffee table and side table will never be available, but in Banbury store still they are displaying same coffee table and side table, this is a joke! Your company putting customers in trouble. Regarding my order how many time I have to call and send email for help, the lady called Barbara from customer service and from Banbury store manager they promised me that I will get compensation for what I had to face through this period of time but they never ever replied to me.I had to assemble the dining chairs by my self, this is a shame from DFS. I’ll never ever recommend them to someone!!
