Absolute liars! We ordered a faxon and chair , we were told it would be a week to 10 days. We had nothing to sit on, so we said we had garden chairs. Two weeks, no sofa, three weeks no sofa, then we were told they would loan a sofa. We waited in all day Monday, nothing, then it was numerous calls, we were told the loan would be here today, I’ve had message after message saying yes it was on the way, now we’ve had a call saying it’s tomorrow! So do not even think of buying from D F S , bunch of liars!
