I have purchased a luxury corner sofa , Lorenza. had the sofa 6 months and all of the cushions have bobbled and look about 5 years old. i have had an engineer out to visit and then a follow up call from the cambridge store manager who has told me it’s like a jumper that you need to de-bobble, all you need to do is get a debobbler tool, i explained that if someone had told me this about would never of bought it, really unhappy with this service and would advise people not to buy this sofa or use dfs. Apparently just sitting on this sofa can make it bobbled absolutely shocking service
