WARNING! DFS sofa left my child with permanent scarring on her arm due to a protruding upholstery staple. We raised a complaint with customer services and they offered us a hamper ‘for our inconvenience’. Their Customer Service is appalling. We wrote to the CEO and he wasn’t interested. They said they’d email with an offer of ‘monetary value’ then we heard nothing. I tried to call the Customer Services Manager and left several messages without any reply. Do not go near them.
