I contacted Dharma Buns regarding the stitching coming off the fabric of a sports bra after only having it for 6 months and infrequent wear (with pics attached). I wanted to alert them to the issue so they could improve on their manufacturing process. I was pleasantly surprised to received an email response from Kylie their customer service rep within an hour or two offering their apologies. She further offered to send out another sports bra as compensation. Was not expected. Great customer service and probably the best online shop I have dealt with. Very much recommend buying from them; I certainly will be a return customer. Thank you again Dharma Bums!
