Up until I received my order, my experience with DHG was positive. Customer service reps were responsive and I received AN ORDER -- not what I ordered -- in a timely fashion. I ordered a beautiful gown to wear to a formal work-related event; what I received is what they wanted me to have. The gown that I received was nothing like what I ordered. When I notified the service rep, she said the gown came from the factory, so she was not sure what I received and asked that I submit pix. I informed customer service several times that I wished to return the gown because it was not what I ordered, but she refused to provide instructions on returns. Instead, I was given the runaround. I was asked to upload photos of the gown, which I did; however, the service rep continued to tell me that she did not receive the pix. Very frustrating, to say the least! At this point, I know I am stuck with this gown, unless I decide to sell it. It's just saddening that you spend hard-earned money on a item and what you receive is not what you ordered! I am DONE with DHG! This company is in China, making holding them accountable for shoddy business nearly impossible. I've read reviews on how low DHG's prices are, but remember, you get what you pay for! You may not pay out the monetarily, but you will pay!
