I was ordering a mother of the bride dress from this website. I placed my order at least 2 months before the wedding. While I did receive my dress, it was so late arriving I wasn’t able to wear it for the wedding. I tried to cancel my order 3 weeks prior to shipping and it would not let me cancel. When the dress did arrive I tried to return it for a refund, but the website was sooo confusing and complicated, I could not get past all their requirements to process a refund. I couldn’t even post a review on their website. Will never buy from them again. I should have known better.
