DON'T DO BUSINESS ON THIS SITE!! Purchased a $465.31 USD Motorcycle fairing from Charles Auto Parts. Specified color and NO GRAPHICS. Received fairing with graphics for another vehicle altogether! Been e-mailing back and forth for a month with no resolution. I've sent evidence pictures, Etc. They have responded with statements like "Look very Nice, no refund, we send you free gifts" , "Sorry Box to big, Make it fit" Etc. Finally got ahold of DH Gate Customer Service and had to start the process all over. Still no resolution! I'm out $465.31 This is probably why 81.82% of their reviews are 1 star.
