My young son ordered a $465.11 USD motorcycle fairing from a DHGate seller (Charles auto parts) 11/15/2018. The sender sent the wrong (graphics) item. He has been trying to return it and get a refund for 3 weeks all he gets is the run around from DHGate and the seller. They refuse to resolve the issue. Their customer service "Chat" is not functional. The seller responds with things like "You nice man. You keep, we send you free gift and $50 USD. Or "too bad box too big, look very nice, you make fit" It is an obvious SCAM! NEVER DO BUSINESS with DHGate! I wish he would have seen the 81.94% 1 star reviews before he did business with them. It's a very expensive lesson for a kid. We finally took it up with our bank. We'll see.
