So, I have been fighting with one of the sellers on Dhgate for almost 2 months now. I'm over it! They sent me a "prom dress" that first off is made for someone who is 6ft tall, it is sewn very crooked, the top is to large! I gave my measurements and they still botched the dress! I have been trying to contact the seller and also managers, but they keep dodging the situation! I tried cancelling the dress before it was even shipped to me, and they told me if I cancelled I would have to pay a material loss fee?! When I asked how much this would be they ignored me! I'm so disgusted with this company! It's going to cost so much more to get it fixed! Very unprofessional and the customer service is a joke! I will never shop on this site again! I will not reccomend this site to anyone! Dont get ripped off by company's like this!
