Per instructions, I bought a bridesmaid dress off this site. Delivery took a long time. Felt very sweatshoppy. Wrong color. Couldn't just return it and get my money back; had to follow an extensive mediation process first, and then ship it back on my dime. DHGate agreed to reimburse me for the $50+ shipping fee. They received the package, and still, two months later, I have not been reimbursed, despite repeated efforts to politely remind them of this.
