FACILITATORS OF FRAUD. AVOID DHGATE! To cut a long story short, I ordered 3 items on January 7th. I was supplied with a fake tracking number and nothing was sent. I raised a dispute about this and the seller supplied me a new tracking number. Two months later I receive one totally worthless, defective, item totally different from that which I ordered. Obviously, I flagged this up with DHGate immediately and suplied plenty of evidence of the package and its contents. However they then demand I supply images of the item I received on a weighing scale (I do not own one), to complete the evidence. As a result I cannot receive my money back. It is blatantly obvious what this seller has done, yet DHGate are happy to be see customers be defrauded. They seem to make it as difficult as possible for you to get the money back which is rightfully yours. I'm now being forced to go through the chargeback process with my credit card company, wasting a lot more of my time. In summary, their customer service is extremly poor and their site is full of fraudsters. Do not waste your money here, you will regret it.
