They need to improve their customer service; which is an online chat. They never solve the problem. I went through a bitter experience with the unfriendly safety center department. They hold my money for weeks. They asked me for wild information that my bank doesn’t t issue. They almost never answered my emails. There was no one to talk on the phone.
