I BOUGHT A HAIR DRYER FROM DHGATE AND WHEN I WENT TO REGISTER THE WARRANTY WITH DYSON THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT. I FILED A DISPUTE WITH DHGATE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND RETURN POSTAGE IF I RETURNED THE ITEM. RETURN POSTAGE WAS $71 WHICH THEY REFUSE TO REFUND PER OUR AGREEMENT. I WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE LIED TO CUSTOMS AND SAID IT WAS ONLY WORTH $20 TO SAVE THEM CUSTOM FEES. I WOULD NOT DO THAT. I RECEIVED THE ITEM COST BACK BY DISPUTING THE CC CHARGE BUT STILL WAIT FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE.
