Your service is absolutely horrible. What a nightmare. I have ensured that I have posted on every possible review site and gave you a thumbs down. The only good experience was your online customer service reps. security@dhgate.com and the credit card department is extremely incompetant at their jobs. So unfortunate as I have a large social media presence, and planned to make a long term relationship with you.
