I have tried for over 6 months to get a refund of a defective dress and the cost of shipping to return the dress to the seller. I was promised a refund for both from the seller's account if the seller did not produce the refund themselves or respond which they did neither. They now have the dress back at my cost. DH Gate Customer service has done nothing but give me lip service...give us 48 hours, over and over and over again. Quoted direct from their CS "I can completely understand your side on this matter. If that happened to me I’d be really upset too. At the same time this is the most that we can do at the moment however we will not stop until you get your money back." This was the 6th time I have been told this. I'm 6 months in and still have not seen a refund.
