I ordered a wedding dress from Magicweddingdress. It was completely defective. The seller (magicweddindress) asked me to send it back at my expense and they would refund me the cost of the dress and the postage. It has been over 2 months that they have the dress back and I have not seen the refund. DH Gate has gotten involved and all they say is "we have contacted the seller. Please give us 48 hours for them to respond." They have done this 5 times. They clearly support their seller's above their customer's. Even though I was told by a representative in May that if the seller didn't issue the refund I would get the refund from DH Gate out of the seller's account. LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES. I am now trying to get the better business bureau to help me.
