User 2014 send order number 3133752739. I received a failed item. I opened a dispute. In agreement with the seller, I returned the item at my expense (over $ 50). I have a delivery receipt signed by the seller. The seller says he did not receive the item. Customer service gives me no answer or solution. He answers me with vague and evasive answers. Double damage. I am without the item without the money I spent to buy it. Bad service. Little seriousness.
