Ordered three items, got email the orders process and didn't hear anything else, looked a week later to find out that 2 of my items had been delivered to New York and TEXAS, I live in Florida where they were supposed to have been shipped. Chatting live was not much help and the forms they send to negotiate refunds of reshipment are too explicated, easy to click wrong response and settle even if you are not trying to settle. You money is tied up instead of just REFUNDING. Wrong address shipped to dose not seemed to tell DHGATE, hey got a delivery that I didn't order? Tells me there may be some people at the selling company sending to people they know in the states ? RING ?? WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DHGATE AGAIN. TO COMPLICATED trying to resolve and now have to shop for gifts again, HOURS wasted shopping. I can't even get information where the 3rd order was shipped but says it is still in transit! Not much hope it will arrive at my door !
