The seller sent two tracking numbers. The first was listed just to get the funds released to them, which was delivered to an address in Yorkshire, however I live in East Sussex. Whereas the second tracking number was sent as a decoy so while I was following this, upon delivery confirmation of the first tracking, funds where automatically released after 7 days! The seller informed me that the first tracking was another customers hence the second tracking number was sent to me. BTW this second tracking was delivered in Scotland! This is just TOTAL FRAUD! Dhgate has Totally washed their hands of this completely voiding their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! They say only the seller can refund me the money however the seller is longer selling and has no funds to refund me! So £120 gone, no goods with two tracking delivery confirmations, both to wrong addresses! Their customer service is just like a repetitive parrot "our hands are tied, only the seller can refund you, however we will encourage the seller to refund you!" please take my advice! Do not purchase from this unprofessional and unscrupulous company! They do not have any control or security measures in place regarding their sellers!
