I ordered a seagate portable hard drive. It was used and did not work when I received it. I never got any reply from the seller for a refund or resolution. It was never said in the advertisement that it was used. The serial number on the box did not match the serial number on the device, and the markings on the device were worn out. I will never buy from this place again.
