i purchased the same laptops from three different sellers. i received the tracking numbers from all three sellers, tracked them and all three were delivered to different states. the only positive thing i can say is all three orders were refunded immediately. stay away from electronics they have no positive feedback and there are lots of people buying from them everyday. you will not receive what you ordered because it does not exist. a package being delivered to the wrong place one could be a mistake but three times in a row is a total scam so buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this company has been in business a long time the problem is the sellers.
