This is my last order from DHgate , there is absolutely no way of getting your money back . The “after sale dispute” page doesn’t work so you are unable to submit a claim . The problem is that the sellers know this and have little to no obligation to send you anything or as in my case send you a tracking number for somebody else’s parcel . You can literally send 20 people the tracking of one parcel and bypass DHgate’s child like system This is 150 miles away from my address and the post code is for the sorting office.
