I have not had a good experience whatsoever with DHgate- it is a webpage full of scammers, and a Customer Service 'live chat' that only 'window dresses' the issue. Over the spam of about a month, I purchased 8 or so items from DHGate- only one arrived. It's been well over 2 months and I am still being told to wait to the items to arrive. The Sellers ALL provided me with 'used' tracking numbers- meaning the item I thought I was tracking along it's journey to me, was actually an item which belonged to someone else---headed somewhere else. Example: I reside in the Toronto area in Canada. One of my item was delivered in a town in Northen Alberta, and one other item to Vancouver. Canada Post assured me the address on those packages was in the cities they were delivered, and encouraged me to FILE A CLAIM WITH DHGate. DHGate, when I raised the issue with them, actually asked me if I had 'called my Post Office'. When I told the DHGate Customer Service person that 'my' Post Office is in the city in which I live- it was then put on me to 'contact The Seller'. What a joke! DHGate finally agreed two of my orders were actually for non-existent product, and claimed they processed two full refunds. I never received either refund. When I REPORTED IT to DHGate's Customer Service, I was told to 'contact the number written on the back of your card'. MORAL OF THE STORY: Don't buy anything from DHGate.com.
