Do not use this website!!! Probably I will never know if the tracking number given to me by the seller was fake (it belongs to someone else) or my order was in fact, delivered to the wrong place. (1,000 miles away from my address). When you try to open a dispute, such as "Item not received" or "Invalid Tracking Number" you cannot open a dispute because "the seller's delivered estimate time 2019-12-02" please be patient...."however, the USPS site says today - November 7th - "Item DELIVERED".. The customer support is a JOKE with those useless prompt scripts. DHGate should select better the sellers. Otherwise, nobody else will shop with them again.
