Like most buyers who wrote a review, I also received a tracking number that said package delivered to an address thousands of miles away. How the heck did they get my address wrong in the first place. Filing a dispute was a joke. I had to wait an additional 7 days before any action was taken because the seller was given time to respond to my dispute. There are so many scam shops that are set up on DHgate. My theory is they DHgate is probably the owners of these shops that offer products at a lower price than other shops selling similar items. Buyers are lured into purchasing products that carry fake tracking numbers. Disputes and resolutions take upwards of many weeks depending on the terms of agreements. In the meantime DHgate is holding on to the buyer's money because evidently they do not release funds to the seller until buyer has confirmed and receipt and satisfaction with products. So during this time that DHgate is holding on to your money, they are probably investing that money in something else and is making a profit. So to me this is all a HUGE scam. Just stay away from this site. Their items are all counterfeit anyways so quality is always questionable.
