I was very disappointed to receive an email saying that all my orders have been cancelled. Due to verification payment failure Which I did not understand I contacted my bank and they said it was fine and had gone through. However there was a link on my account suggesting I should press a button which asked for a photograph of my credit card a copy of my bank statement and last 4 digits of my credit card. No one would ever do that I would never ever had such information over. I want a refund for larger items that had been cancelled and will not be using them again. Honestly it sounds like a scam.
