Hi, this is my order number 3186442492. I purchased a slipper from him then I contacted him cause he took long time to ship the item so he told me he cant send the item within the time and told me to request a refund so I did it and purchased the same slipper from other seller. After 6 days of the refund request he refused it !! When I contact the DHgate item they told me to send him please write "I agree to refund you $41.99 amount on this order 3186442492” but he said he will not refund me !!!!!! He asked me to request a refund and now after I purchased the same item from other seller he told me he will not refund me !!!!!. Today he told me he cant cancel the order and I must ask the customer service to cancel it !!!!!!!! The seller is asking me to contact the customer service and the customer service is asking me to contact the seller !!! After contacting the customer service for the 4th time they said they cant do anything for me even if the seller is cheating me !!!!!!!!! I guarantee there answer here will be sorry, we follow the refund request rules or send us an email even though I contacted them 4 times for this case. Stay away from this site
