I ordered a guitar case in February. The seller apparently shipped the case. I was given a tracking number anyway. Whether this tracking number was ligit or not I don’t. The case was not able to be delivered and was returned, so the seller CANCELED the order. The Seller instructed me to file a dispute with DHGate and I would get a refund. However, when I tried to make a dispute claim with DHGate, that page won’t open the window for me to click on to start the dispute. DHGate Customer Service page provides a menu of computer generated responses that are totally useless! I have used DHGate in the past, but I will not use them in the future. This company has absolutely no concern with my order failure or giving me my money back.
